Sue Cohen has more than 20 years experience in Learning and Development.
Working as an independent consultant, she uses her experience to help a variety of teams improve the ways they work together as colleagues, and as internal and external service providers.
She is very well organised, with a great understanding of professional service firms, and has managed permanent and associate trainers and a variety of projects.
Over the past few years, Sue has worked on enhancing the use of eLearning and Blended learning programmes; bringing management training programmes closer into line with the business; introduction of a Training and Learning Management System; introduction of Flexible Benefits; launch of a new approach to Sales training; helped a variety of teams to improve the ways they work together.
Sue has worked with all parts of the training cycle - analysing business needs, designing solutions, developing appropriate programmes, delivering face-to-face training programmes, creating eLearning materials and evaluating the learning and the business benefits.
